Terms & Conditions 

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through the designated booking platform.

  • Full payment (or required deposit) is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.

3. Rental Period

  • Rental time includes setup and breakdown.

  • Overtime will be billed at an hourly rate if the renter exceeds their reserved time.

  • Access to the space is limited strictly to the booked time window.

4. Capacity & Use

  • The renter agrees to use the space only for the intended purpose stated during booking.

  • Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times.

  • The venue reserves the right to terminate an event if rules are violated.

5. Self Check-In & Access

  • Access instructions will be provided prior to the event.

  • The renter is responsible for securing the space upon exit.

  • Lost or shared access codes may result in additional fees.

6. Damages & Cleaning

  • The renter is responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or equipment.

  • The space must be returned in the condition it was found.

  • Additional cleaning or damage fees may be charged if necessary.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least [X days] prior to the booking.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing.

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

8. Insurance & Liability

  • Renters may be required to obtain event insurance depending on event type.

  • The Venue is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

  • The renter assumes full responsibility for guests and vendors.

9. Vendors & Catering

  • Outside vendors may be allowed with prior approval.

  • All vendors must comply with venue rules and insurance requirements.

10. Prohibited Activities

  • No illegal activity permitted on the premises.

  • No excessive noise beyond local ordinances.

  • No alterations to the space without approval.

11. Security & Monitoring

  • The property may be monitored for security purposes.

  • Footage may be used in the event of disputes or damages.

12. Agreement
By booking the space, the renter agrees to all terms outlined above.

What to Include in the T&C Document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
